
The winery was founded in 1973 by Bonaventura Maschio, who decided to rebuild his family's hundred-year-old distillery for wine production and started making wine under the name Casa Vinicola Maschio. By merging in 2002 with Cantine Riunite, a wine producer from the Emilia-Romagna region, one of the largest sparkling wine production companies in Northern Italy was formed. The color is pale yellow with a greenish undertone. The aroma is fruity and aromatic, you can feel ripe yellow apples, pears, ripe citrus fruits and aromatic herbs are added at the end of the aroma. The taste is fresh fruity and lively citrus. Feel fresh light stone fruits, pears, peaches, apricots and ripe yellow apples, along with fresh herbs. The aftertaste is fruity long and citrusy lively, with a light mineral undertone. The second fermentation of the wine takes place using the "Charmat" method in stainless steel barrels, and the wine is not aged in oak barrels.
