Pale yellow in appearance with a fine bubble stream, medium intensity. The aroma is of medium intensity and fruity, with hints of fresh citrus fruits, stone fruits and red-skinned apples. Sunflower seeds with toasted bread are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is dry, light, with a creamy headiness and medium intensity, and fruity liveliness. Feel some minerality with ripe stone fruits, nectarines, apples and fresh citrus. The aftertaste is medium-length and lively with fruit, with some toasted bread added. The grapes are picked from the Entre-deux-Mers growing area, the base wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels at 18 oC degrees, the second fermentation and autolysis in the bottle using the traditional method lasts 12 months. Today, "Bordeaux Families" is one of the largest and most influential wine cooperatives in the Bordeaux region, uniting approximately 300 berry growers. The cooperative was founded in 1934. when 126 farmers founded the Sauveterre-de-Guyenne association, with the aim of surviving the economic crisis of the time. Later, several wine cooperatives of the Bordeaux region joined the association, and the new name was adopted as "Bordeaux Families". The association manages approximately 5000ha of berry plantations, a large part of the vineyards with HVE certificate (Haute Valeur Environnementale) and follows the principles of organic farming. Founded in 1991, Louis Vallon has grown to become the largest Crémant de Bordeaux brand, accounting for around 30% of Bordeaux sparkling wine production
