At the end of the aroma, some ripe yellow stone fruits and notes of toasted bread are added. The taste is fruity, light and juicy with citrus acidity. The long, well-balanced aftertaste is fruity, velvety and with even receding acidity; The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels at 18 oC degrees, the autolysis in the bottle lasts 18 months using the traditional method.
