
Founded in 1366, the manor lies on the right bank of the Dordogne river and today belongs to the wine merchant Giraud family. The soil of the 125 ha vineyards is a mixture of clay sand and limestone. Pale yellow with a beautiful fine bubble stream. The aroma is fresh fruity and slightly floral, you can feel light stone fruits, fresh citrus fruits and white flowers. A little note of toasted bread is added to the end of the aroma. The taste is fruity, with light and juicy citrus acidity, the balance is even and lasting, the aftertaste is fruity and soft, with even receding acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels at 18 oC degrees. The second fermentation and autolysis in the bottle using the traditional method lasts 9 months.
