Armagnac has been produced since 1938 in the Gers region of Bas-Armagnac, Haut-Armagnac and Ténarèze from four traditional grape varieties: 'Colombard', 'St. Emilton', 'Ugni Blanc' and 'Folle Blanche'. The crop is harvested before mid-October, distilled in the winter using the traditional armagnacais method and allowed to mature in large oak barrels. Due to traditional production methods, the resulting Armagnacs are often very surprising and rich. The 1973 arm jacket is a maroon shade with a beautiful green and shimmery shade. Plums and cocoa meet in the aroma. The taste is fresh and rich in tannins.
