The vineyards are 30 years old. The grapes are picked by hand. The vineyards are more than 25 years old. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for about six months, after which the wine matures for another year in the bottle. The wine has a deep yellow color. The aroma has tropical fruits, vanilla and brioche. The wine is full-bodied, with a good structure, but also very fresh thanks to good acidity. The wine goes perfectly with seafood, fish in white sauce and creamy pasta.
