Verdejo grapes come from a dry and gravelly area. The average age of the vines is more than 15 years. The grapes are harvested mechanically at night. Cold maceration lasts 4-5 hours. The wine matures on the lees for an average of 3 months. Tropical fruits, apple, herbs and fennel set the tone in the aroma. The taste is dry, with an excellent balance between freshness and acidity. A well-structured wine with a long aftertaste.
