Verdejo from the DO Rueda region reflects the freshness and character of its origin. The wine is made from carefully selected grapes, followed by gentle cold maceration and controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A short aging on the lees gives the wine extra depth and a silky texture. Fresh citrus notes stand out in the aroma, complemented by green and herbal nuances (fennel). On the palate, the wine is intense, yet balanced, offering a pleasant structure and a fresh and long aftertaste. It is a vegan-friendly wine whose clean style and expressive character make it an excellent representative of Verdejo. Under good conditions, the wine retains its quality for several years. The wine belongs to the Locos del Vino collection, where each wine expresses a distinctive and bold approach, characteristic of its region of origin. Both in wine and in life, the most interesting results come from breaking the rules. Contains sulfites.
