From the slopes of Lavaux, classified as a UNESCO world heritage site, the Testuz vineyard reflects a vision of wine, made from rigor, precision and patience. The Testuz house bears the heritage of a family that settled in 1538 on the heights of a unique terroir. The Crossbow is the emblem of the Testuz family crest. This symbolic object had to adorn the label of this prestigious vintage! Typical of its terroir, this Chasselas has aromas of grilled and smoked, with notes of hazelnut, dried pear and quince. Elegant and intense, this white wine displays a lot of mineral tension on the palate, but without any bitterness, which is common in Dézaley.
