
Founded in 1899 by two enterprising gentlemen, Erminio Sella & Edgardo Mosca, the winery was originally built for the breeding of vines. One of the oldest and best-known wineries in Sardinia, making wine mainly from berries from private gardens. Vineyards total 550 ha. The color is bright, bright yellow with a greenish undertone. The aroma features crisp mineral notes, white flowers, fresh citrus and green herbs, grapefruit, green apple, pear peel, lemongrass, white pepper is added at the end of the aroma. Taste with fresh and mineral cirrhous acid, feel fresh juicy fruits, green apple, apple peel. The long citrus aftertaste is accented by a bit of bitter herbiness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels and is not aged in oak barrels.
