Seaspray Winery is located on the windy coast of Awatere. The cool ocean climate extends the ripening period of the grapes and as a result we get a strong and rich Sauvignon Blanc. The aroma of Sauvignon Blanc, Seaspray, Villa Maria can be found with elderberry, lime and fennel. The taste is full, fruity and with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
