Sauvignon Blanc, Pasqua, Vendemmia 2024 (Verona region) is a fresh and mineral white wine that clearly expresses the character of the Veronese region while offering a pleasantly easy-drinking style. During winemaking, the grapes are pressed and left to soak on their skins for 4-8 hours at a cool temperature (6-7°C) to enrich the aroma and taste. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. The wine is then blended and stored in steel tanks until bottling, maintaining its clean and fresh profile. Citrus and ripe green apples are revealed in the aroma, the delicate sweetness of white peach stands out in the taste, which is balanced by lively acidity and minerality.
