The taste is overripe citrus fruity, while with light fresh acidity, You can feel dried apricots, mango, ripe citrus and honey. The aftertaste is long and citrusy. The berries are picked separately, five 26 kg basketfuls (Pyttonyos) of berries covered with noble mold (Aszù) are added to the 136L wine. The wine is aged for 36 months in French oak barrels.
