The taste is dry, medium-bodied and berry-delicate, reflecting the aroma of the wine. Feel overripe black forest berries, juniper berries and dark stone fruits with spicy yet herbaceous velvety tannins. The aftertaste is long, berry-herbal and dense, where, in addition to the dark overripe berries, you can feel the baker's spices resulting from maturation in an oak barrel. The grapes are hand-picked from the clay-limestone fields of the Russiz Superiore estate in the Capriva del Friuli region. The wine ferments in stainless steel barrels, develops for 12 months in oak barrels and matures in the bottle for 6 months.
