Ripa delle More grapes are grown in the sunny Tuscany region. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes were used to make the wine. The winemaker's desire was to create a complex and expressive modern wine with Tuscan roots. The wine has a ruby red color, the aroma is mainly herbs and fruits, the tone is given by mint, blackcurrant and blueberry. You can also feel dark chocolate, vanilla and juniper. The taste is full, the tannins are soft. Blueberries and hints of spices can be felt in the very long aftertaste.
