The grapes come from the vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune, located between 280 and 450 meters above sea level on the western slopes of the Côte de Beaune. The marl and limestone rich soils of the region give the wine its characteristic minerality and freshness. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest with pneumatic presses, and the wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 8-10 months to achieve a harmonious balance and elegant character. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, the wine combines fresh fruitiness, lively acidity and minerality characteristic of the region. The aroma bouquet is delicate and elegant, in which white flowers and fresh citrus stand out. The taste is dry and fresh, characterized by lively acidity, minerality and a balanced structure.
