Salentein Pinot Noir is a soft and berry wine, the grapes of which are hand-harvested. After that, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. The aroma shows dried cherry, roasted almond and vanilla. Ripe tannins emerge on the palate, while remaining soft and berry-like.
