The winemaking process involves a gentle pressing of the fruit to preserve its aromatic qualities, followed by a 12-month aging period in large wooden barrels. This results in a wine with an intense ruby red color and powerful aromas of ripe cherries, spices, and woody notes. On the palate, it offers a dominant flavor of red fruits, balanced with softness and persistence, and a silky tannic texture. The long finish enhances the overall tasting experience.
