PepperBox wines are made at the Casella Family Brands winery in the wine region of South Eastern Australia. The Pepperbox wine range features Shiraz and Chardonnay wines, grapes are harvested from the Riverina (NSW) and McLaren Vale (SA) regions. Pepperbox Shiraz wine is matured in oak barrels for 6-9 months and is a medium-bodied red wine with a berry character. Pepperboz Chardonnay wine has undergone malolactic fermentation and has matured in hogshead oak barrels for 9 months. Shiraz is a great companion to grilled ribs, BBQ meats, small game, red wine and berry sauces. Chardonnay is the perfect companion to grilled salmon, baked salmon!
