Pale yellow in color with a greenish sheen of low intensity. The aroma is more intense than average, slightly floral and lushly fruity. Feel white clover, milky tropical fruits, overripe bright stone fruit with ripe citrus. The taste is light, sweet and fruity. Feel ripe light stone fruits, sweet yellow plums and peaches, ripe citrus fruits, orange with ripe yellow apples and pears. The aftertaste is medium-long and citrusy. The grapes are picked from various vineyards in the Mosel region, fermented in stainless steel vats and the wine is not developed in oak barrels. A family-owned winery in the Mosel region in the village of Longuich, which was founded by Hilar Schmitt in 1919 and has grown over the course of a century into a large, internationally known German wine producer.
