From the best gardens in the Rias Baixas region, with low yields and a balanced oak barrel treatment, Albarino showcases the grape's versatility, elevating it from the local league to the international top league. The winemaking process, where several different techniques are used, is also an absolute master class. First, cold pressing. Alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks. Next, the wine is bottled in over 300L French oak barrels. Alcoholic fermentation ends there, and malolactic fermentation also takes place, during which berry skins and wine are mixed (batonnage) twice a week. The wine is aged in the same casks for 6 months, and finally the wine is harmonized for 12 months in steel tanks. The result is a multi-layered, perfectly balanced, rich, at the same time refined and chic "look ahead Burgundy" style wine. Well done! Contains sulfites.
