Marques de Riscal Tempranillo Syrah Castilla y Leon 75cl

Tempranillo Syrah Castilla y Leon expresses the more creative side of Marqués de Riscal, where production is not limited by regulations, but the focus is on the selection of the best terroirs and vines. The grapes come from the gravelly alluvial fields of the Duero River Valley, where quality Tempranillo and Syrah vines are grown. Harvesting is done by hand, the grapes are placed in small boxes (15 kg) to avoid damaging the berries. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, with a short soaking time, approximately one week. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in tanks. The color of the wine is intense black-cherry red with a violet glow. The aroma is dominated by red berries and licorice, the taste of the wine is fresh, round and slightly tannic, the final notes are fruity. Contains sulfites.
