The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels at a low temperature, matures for 4-6 months on yeast and does not develop in oak barrels. The name of the wine "Maralba" is a combination of Marco and his wife's name: Alba, in reference to their liking for the Ribolla Gialla variety.
