Levia Gravia Superiore carries aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry and red currant. The elegant balance of flavors shows lively acidity, refined velvety tannins and a long aftertaste. The grapes come exclusively from one vineyard called Biago. Harvesting starts in September and lasts until the Cabernet Sauvignon harvest in October. The wine spends at least 24 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
