Schmitt&Söhne wine house was founded in 1919 in Germany. Schmitt's ancestors settled in the small village of Longuich, located on the banks of the Mosel River, where they began to manage vineyards and produce wine. Today, the winery is run by the fifth generation Schmitt Söhne, one of the largest and most successful wine exporters in Germany.
