The Gran Reserva grapes come from a small plot of 0.3 hectares planted more than 60 years ago. The berries were picked by hand, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasted 3-4 weeks, the "battonage" method was used daily. The wine matured for 24 months in oak barrels, of which 80% were Prantus oak barrels and 20% were American oak barrels. Later, the wine matured in the bottle for 36 months before going on sale. The aroma is complex, the tone is given by jammy notes, cocoa, tobacco, mineral and slightly smoky notes. The wine has rounded tannins and a very long aftertaste. A wine with good storage potential.
