Winemaking is done according to traditional winemaking methods. Grenache grapes were handpicked from the Grad region. Syrah grapes are harvested from regions with a cooler climate. The wines are mixed together and the result is a well-balanced wine with a development potential of up to 5 years. The wine has a ruby red color with a purple glow. The wine has notes of wild strawberry and yellow fruit. Red grapes give the wine fruitiness and fullness. Syrah gives the wine spice and structure.
