As it opens, fresher fruity nuances emerge, especially citrus like lemon. Further on, the aroma develops richer, bringing out candied orange and apricot jelly tones, followed by fresh nuances of green pepper and basil. Taste: Clear and expressive, dominated by citrus and a more exotic mango note. The acidity rises gradually, forming a wine with a mineral and precise structure, in which you can also sense the nuances of cucumber grass. The finish is long, salty and delicately floral, with a very elegant aftertaste.
