A small, 25ha wine estate owned by Bernard Estager. Deep, ruby red in color; The aroma is aromatically berry, with structural and slightly herbal tannins. Feel sweet spices, coffee beans, black cherries, bitter chocolate and nutty woodiness. At the end of the aroma, animalistic smokiness and overripe dark berries are added. The taste is full berry and structurally parky. Feel dried black plums, black currants, dried chokeberries and dried herbs. The aftertaste is long and evenly strong with spicy tannins. The grapes are hand-picked, the wine is fermented in concrete and steel barrels, the maceration lasts 21 days, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 25% of them new barrels.
