The Leth Chardonnay grapes come from the Floss gardens at an altitude of 260-320m, where lush berries grow on the limestone soil. The picking is done by hand and then carefully sorted. After a year of aging in oak, the wine acquires a toasty and vanilla aroma, in which you can also feel the tempting nymphs of yellow flowers. Mild chardonnay on the palate surprises with ripe notes and a long pear aftertaste.
