The color is pale yellow with a greenish undertone. Aroma of medium intensity, slightly mineral and fruity lively. You can feel ripe yellow stone fruits, apples, fresh herbs with fresh citrus fruits, a little baker's spices are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is dry, medium-bodied and fruity with citrus. Smell ripe yellow apples, ripe light stone fruits, melon, white currants, citrus fruits and baker's spices. The aftertaste is long, citrusy lively and slightly creamy fruity with moderate spiciness. The grapes are hand-picked from the Los Àlamos vineyard located 700m above sea level with limestone soil. The wine is fermented in large concrete vats with wild yeast and then matures for 8 months in new 500L French oak barrels. Only 6745 pdl of wine have been made.
