Of course, from the Chardonnay grape grown here in the gardens of the Cote d´Or and Cote Chalonnaise regions, by contracted berry growers of the Bouchard Pere & Fils winery. Burgundian "cauldron" style village level wine, 1/4 of the mixture matured for 7-8 months in French oak barrels, 3/4 in steel tanks. Hence the "church-in-the-middle-of-the-village" style of wine, more elegant, fresh, mineral and full of berries, with an extra layer of ripe notes and texture. An enjoyable white wine, suitable for every day and moment, also from the wallet's point of view. Contains sulfites.
