The grapes are picked from the oldest vineyard in Guasti Clemente. Perfect ripe grape bunches are selected by hand to make wine. The grapes are pressed slowly and carefully. The wine is aged in small 225 liter barrels for twelve months. The wine then rests in the bottle for twelve months. The aroma is well-rounded and intense, in which we feel violet red flowers, blueberry and blackberry. We can also find black pepper, vanilla and chocolate. The wine is full-bodied, dry and with soft, rounded tannins. The wine has a powerful structure and an intense aftertaste. The wine has ten years of improvement potential. Pairs perfectly with sophisticated and the finest gourmet dishes.
