Andre Goichot Chablis is a classic white wine from Burgundy, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine is light golden in color with green or gray reflections. The aroma has fresh minerality, with notes of green apple, lemon and grapefruit. The palate is dry, lively and silky, offering a pleasant refreshing acidity and a long fruity aftertaste. Manufacturing process The grapes are picked by hand and pressed immediately after harvest. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in 100% stainless steel tanks to preserve the pure and fresh character of the grapes. The wine is aged for around 12 months before bottling to achieve a balanced flavor profile.
