Amalaya Malbec is an elegant and multi-layered red wine from the Salta region of northern Argentina, one of the highest wine-growing regions in the world. The wine perfectly reflects the unique microclimate of the region: intense sunshine, large diurnal temperature fluctuations and mineral-rich soil give the wine a special depth and freshness. The wine is characterized by a deep ruby red color and a lush bouquet of aromas, where ripe dark berries (blackcurrants, blueberries, plums), spices and fine oak notes – vanilla, roasted coffee and chocolate – are mixed. The taste of the wine is full, velvety and well balanced, with soft tannins and fresh acidity. The long aftertaste brings out the harmony of berry and spice.
