Nobushi is a blended whiskey made from whiskeys from Miyagi and Nagano prefectures. The whiskey was aged for 3-4 years in American oak casks in the village of Kiyokawa, whose name means "pure river", located between the eastern part of Tokyo and the surrounding area of the impressive Mount Tanzawa in the west. The whiskey has a clear golden color. The aroma is set by floral notes, fresh fruits and spices. The taste is fruity, spicy, with hints of mint and thyme. The aftertaste is sweet and spicy, with hints of vanilla, white pepper and ginger.
