Dalmore 15 YO Single Malt is aged for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and then for 3 years in Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a lush and rich whiskey with a long, balanced aftertaste. The color of the whiskey is amber. Aromatic spices can be felt in the aroma, dominated by cardamom and cinnamon. Peat smoke, dried mandarin peel and bitter chocolate are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is full, with a mixture of dried clementine, ginger, coffee and dried spices. The aftertaste is long and lush, accentuated by sweet citrus and sweet spices.
