Our choice of yeast and fermentation time allow us to create a full-bodied flavor with a lively and fresh flavor profile that is the cornerstone of LAGG Single Malt's future. Peat influence combined with the vanilla and creaminess of American oak form the backbone of LAGG Single Malt. Kilmory's expression can be said to embody the 'LAGG house style' which focuses on using bourbon casks with our turban nectar. Kilmory Edition is matured in 100% first-fill bourbon casks and bottled at 46% alcohol, without cold filtration and without added coloring.
