The Corriecravie Edition whiskey is first matured in bourbon casks before going to final maturation for approximately 6 months in Oloroso sherry hogshead casks sourced directly from producer Miguel Martin in Jerez, Spain. For this sample, we have used water from Concerto City and our own well. Our choice of yeast and the length of fermentation time allow us to create the full flavor we are looking for in this whisky. The flavor profile is slightly richer than our Kilmory expression, highlighting sweeter spices and rich fruit. Corriecravie Edition is bottled at 55% alcohol, without cold filtration and without added dyes.
