Dalmore 12Y Old is a royal single malt whiskey, the uniqueness of which is ensured by a unique distillation process. The whiskey is first aged in old American white oak bourbon casks for 9 years. Half of the quantity is then re-bottled in 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks. Smoky, bitter chocolate, aromatic spices, dried orange peel and roasted coffee beans can be felt in the aroma and taste. The spicy aftertaste is complemented by a bitter mocha coffee note.
