Bach Brut Nature Cava is an elegant and refreshing Spanish sparkling wine with fine bubbles and well-balanced acidity. The aroma shows notes of apple, citrus and almond blossom, complemented by nuances of honey and toasted bread. It is made from the Cava grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. As a Brut Nature, the wine has very low residual sugar. An excellent choice as an aperitif and alongside light dishes.

The color is more intense than average, salmon pink, with a fine dense bubble stream. The aroma is straight berry, you can feel cranberries, fresh raspberries and pohli and rowan with rose hips. The end of the aroma adds a pungent minerality with red apple peel and slightly bitter red berry skins. The palate is dry, medium-bodied and berry-like, with hints of fresh cherries, cranberries and raspberries, rose hips and blood grapefruit and red oranges. The aftertaste is uniform and berry velvety. The organically grown grapes come from the Ubac vineyard in the village of Sant Joan de Mediona, 500m above sea level.
