
A young Cava producer, founded in 1992. Amador was founded in honor of Senór Amador, who was the owner of the Amador vineyard in the 18th century, whose berries are used today to make Clos Amador Reserva Cava. With a fine dense bubble stream, pale yellow in color. The aroma is light and fresh fruity and slightly floral. You can smell peaches and fresh citrus fruits with a light toasty undertone. Dried fruits and white flowers are added to the end of the aroma. The taste is dry and fruity. Feel apples, nectarines, peaches and citrus freshness. The aftertaste is long, evenly with light mineral acidity and fruity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels, the second fermentation in the bottle with yeast lasts for a minimum of 18 months.
