This white or 'Amber' wine is made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes, which originate from the Kakheti region. The wine is prepared using the original Georgian winemaking method in a large clay amphora-like vessel (kvevri) located underground, where both the fermentation and maturation process takes place over a period of 6 months. The wine has a golden, slightly amber color. The complex and concentrated bouquet contains aromas of Georgian spices, dried flowers and toasted bread, which become even more pronounced on the palate, forming a nice finish with soft tannins and good acidity. A slightly sweet undertone of glazed nuts can be felt in the long aftertaste. Since 2013, the traditional Georgian winemaking method of Kvevri has been included in the Unesco cultural heritage list. Contains sulfites.
