A wine with an intense cherry red color. The aroma shows wild berries, spices, light vanilla and toasted notes. The taste is fruity, with ripe tannins. Dark berries dominate. Sweet spices and soft wood tannins add to the long, balanced aftertaste. This wine is made from selected grapes of the Tempranillo variety, fermented at a controlled temperature of 25-30°C and macerated on the skins for twenty days to achieve the ideal character. Then matured in French and American oak barrels for one year, plus another two years in the bottle. Contains sulfites.
