Lynx is one of the wine brands outsourced to House of Big Wines. Deep, intense ruby red in colour. The aroma shows wild black berries, dried stone fruits, with structural berry park, licorice and sweet spiciness. The fuller-than-average "offdry" red wine has overripe dark berries, wild berry jam, dried blueberries and dried dark stone fruits with a little peppery spiciness. The aftertaste is berry lush, with sweet figs, a little cocoa and sweet spices. The wine is fermented in stainless steel casks, malolactically fermented, and part of the wine develops in American white oak casks.
