Excitingly berry and fresh in the aroma, Feel ripe red wild berries, pohli, raspberries and cranberries with fresh red cherries, with a light incense smoke note in the background. The taste is dry and berry lush, ripe raspberries, fresh red cherries with other dark stone fruits. The medium-length berry aftertaste is complemented by a slightly animalic nuance. The grapes are partially picked by hand and come from the Côte d'Or, Saône et Loire (Mercurey, Buxy) and Irancy growing areas.
