The wine is produced by classical fermentation in small concrete tanks, the contents of which are differentiated according to the origin and harvest profile. The wine's enticing aroma offers an impeccable balance between ripe berry fruitiness and delicate notes of violets and oak maturation. Full of flavor and concentrated berry typical of Malbec, it is a medium strength but elegant wine. The wine is mixed with a total of 20% in concrete barrels, 10% in second or third-use French oak barrels, and 70% of wines matured in concrete barrels with oak shavings. After 9 months of ripening, the finished mixture is kept in concrete barrels and then in the bottle for 3 months. The wine has undergone malolactic fermentation. Contains sulfites.
