Elettra wine is a cuvée from Primitivo and Negroamaro berry varieties, it is an off-dry style berry red wine. Emporium wines are made in Italy, in the Puglia region. Emporium Primitivo di Manduria is represented in the wine line, the berry variety is Primitivo. The winery uses only berries from the Primitivo di Manduria indoor growing area to make its wine, and the wine is lushly berry-rich, with a palette of soft tannins and overripe dark berries. The winery's second wine, Appassimento di Salento, is made from the Primitovo and Negroamaro grape varieties. The wine is made using the appassimento method, which is pleasantly felt in the wine's taste palette.
