El Coto 875m Finca Carbonera Chardonnay 75cl

The Finca Carbonera Chardonnay plantation is located at the maximum altitude (875 m) of the Rioja D.O.Ca. The wine is fermented at 16°C to preserve the maximum aroma of the grapes. New, unfired oak barrels are used in the winemaking process, where the wine is kept for 2.5 months. Respecting the fruity and floral characteristics of the variety, aging in barrels gives a noticeable softness and aromatic complexity that combines the nuances of tropical fruits (such as pineapple) with the delicate aroma of vanilla. The use of carefully selected French oak barrels gives maximum respect to this delicate and refined Charonnay. Contains sulfites.
