Ruby red in color with a garnet sheen. With a powerful aroma where dark berries, plum, sea buckthorn, elegant spices, black pepper and star anise emerge. Harmonious wine, with silky and rounded tannins, with a long aftertaste. Harvesting is done by hand in the early morning to avoid the heat during the day. The grapes are placed in small boxes weighing around 25 kg to prevent the grapes from crushing under their own weight. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 6 months in large botti oak barrels and then 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
